Privacy policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This policy explains what information Blackopsmailing ("we", "us") collects when you visit blackopsmailing.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. We keep it as short as we can while still being complete.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information. The first is what you give us: your name, email address and message when you use the contact form, and your email address when you sign up for our newsletter. The second is collected automatically when you browse: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the time of your visit. This comes from server logs, analytics and ad-serving tools.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our service providers use them to measure how the site is used, to serve and limit the frequency of ads, and to remember basic settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended if you do.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as device, approximate location and pages viewed. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising and Revive Adserver
We display ads through Revive Adserver, hosted at ads.fnatrx.com. The ad server may set cookies to deliver ads, count impressions and clicks, and cap how often you see the same ad. Advertisers whose ads appear here may also use their own tracking. We don't sell ad targeting based on sensitive personal information.
Newsletter form provider
Our newsletter signup form is provided by a third-party form service hosted at link.sphere-crm.com. When you submit the form, your details go to that provider and are stored in its systems so we can send you email. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Third-party links and headlines
The site links to other websites and shows headlines from other publishers' public RSS feeds. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
How we use information
We use information to run and improve the site, answer messages, send the newsletter you asked for, measure readership, show ads and protect the site from abuse. We don't sell your personal information for money.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate data and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within the time the law requires and may need to verify your identity first.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website can guarantee perfect security.
Children
This site is written for business audiences and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions or requests can be sent through our contact page.
